There are a variety of ways we might decide to work together. Here are some typical pricing structures:


Cost Plus - this is a somewhat traditional method used in many types of assignments. In this approach, I would purchase the materials for the job (including furnishings and accessories) and sell them to you at an pre-agreed upon markup or additional percentage. The additional pre-agreed markup is how I would be paid for my services. We would establish a design budget for the project and my percentage above cost would be included in this budget.  You will never be surprised by any hidden costs or charges.


Fixed or Flat Fees - this is a highly popular option that would provide us with a streamlined method of billing for the project. It puts a single price on the entire job and is intended to cover all expenses. We’ll establish a design budget for the project. All costs, including my fee, would be included in this single, one-time budget.  You will never be surprised by any hidden costs or charges.


I’ll always do my best to give you a clearly defined outline for any project. My intention is to work with you and your budget, to deliver the best design possible.


Phone Consultations - are a great option when distance prevents us from meeting in person, or when you’ll be doing the actual shopping or hiring of painters, etc.


Half (1/2) hour phone consultation:  $49


This package is perfect if you only need a little design help, like finding the perfect sofa, or picking the right color palette for a room.


One (1) hour phone consultation:  $99


Same as above...but you need a little more assistance. Maybe you want to totally re-decorate a room, or maybe you want to keep some pieces of furniture in your dining room, but you don’t know how to update the room on a limited budget. 1 hour gives us plenty of time to come up with a strategy. This option can be divided into 2 sessions.


Two (2) hour phone consultation:  $149


Same as above...but we have a lot more time to work on your project and it can be divided into 2 or more sessions.

After our initial meeting(s), I will write up a Letter of Agreement where I describe the services you are requesting and detail payments required, etc. After you sign that -- either in person or via a digital signature on SignNow.com -- and make your first payment, we’ll get started.
