Bedrooms

Go outside your spending comfort zone for these pieces. Spending a little more will go a long way in making your bedroom look and feel fabulous.

Beds

This is the piece you will spend the most time on. Buy a bed you love. Purchase at least a queen or king size bed. Unless you are living in a dorm, you should only use a twin or full bed for a kid’s room.

Today, you will find an endless source of beautiful bed linens and pillows, from high-end to very affordable. I prefer a bedroom that is inviting, relaxing and luxurious. To create a relaxing vibe, choose a monotone color scheme; or if you prefer a fun vibe, go with a really colorful scheme. Mis-matched pillows and bed linens can really look great together. Everything works, as long as you keep things balanced, with a sense of harmony.
